A film-laminating and packaging device for PVC wood-plastic composite boards. The device comprises: a packaging plate trailer (1); suspension supports (2), which are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the packaging plate trailer; a threaded shaft (3) and a smooth shaft (4), which are rotationally connected between the suspension supports; a slider (5), which is threadedly sleeved on the threaded shaft; a film reel (6), which is rotatably sleeved on the slider; a crank (20), which is inserted into an opening at one end of the threaded shaft; and rotation units, which are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the packaging plate trailer. By manually rotating the crank, the winding position of a protective film on a PVC wood-plastic composite board can be changed, thereby solving the problem of the low efficiency caused by the fact that protective films need to be manually wound around PVC wood-plastic composite boards at present.
