Provided are an antibacterial PVC wood-plastic multilayer composite material and a preparation method therefor. A PVC wood-plastic composite layer comprises the following components, in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of a PVC resin, 15-35 parts of wood flour, 15-35 parts of calcium carbonate, 8-20 parts of negative ion powder, 6-16 parts of zinc borate, 15-8 parts of ACR40, 4-6 parts of a stabilizer, 1-4 parts of a lubricant, 1-3 parts of calcium bicarbonate and 1-2 parts of a zirconium coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: pretreatment of the wood flour; preparation of the PVC wood-plastic composite layer; preparation of an SBS polyethylene composite layer; and preparation of a multi-layer composite material. The PVC wood-plastic multilayer composite material solves the problem of the poor antibacterial property of a wood-plastic panel in the prior art.
