The present invention relates to the field of wood plastic composite floors, and discloses a rapid insertion type wood plastic composite floor, which comprises a floor body. An insertion tab is provided at one end of the floor body, and an insertion slot is provided at the other end of the floor body. The insertion tab and the insertion slot are configured to cooperate with one another. A sliding slot is provided on a side wall of the floor body. The insertion tab is slidably connected in the sliding slot. Insertion rods are arranged on two sides of the insertion tab, and insertion holes matching with the insertion rods are provided in the insertion slot. An abutting block is provided in the sliding slot, and two ends of the abutting block abut respectively against a side wall of the sliding slot and the insertion tab. A first stop block is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the insertion tab, and a second stop block is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the sliding slot. The present invention can effectively solve the problems that existing wood plastic composite floors cannot be rapidly installed or conveniently replaced for heating in winter.
