nova-experts introduced: Vanessa Kleinpeter
Vanessa Kleinpeter © nova-InstituteBehind every superhero there is a bright and capable secretary, that is also the case for nova. Vanessa joined the nova-team in April of 2015 as a secretary and conference assistant. She is the nova-clients’ main point of support for initial information about the nova-Institute via e-mail and telephone. In this context of nova-conferences (Cellulose Fibres Conference, Conference on CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals, Renewable Materials Conference and Advanced Recycling Conference) she is the main speaker- and participant-contact, as well as source for general event information. Vanessa further adds her expertise in the context of website-content, website-maintenance and the structuring of conference programs.
Background and expertiseHaving been a part of the conference teams for Wood Plastic Composites (WPC), REFAB (Revolution in Food and Biomass Production), EIHA-Conference and the Bio-based Materials Conference, Vanessa gained comprehensive experience in conference organization and structuring. Here her many years of experience in the banking business as a trained bank clerk come in handy, allowing her to provide great customer service. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two children, digging her hands in soil and extending her gardening skills, often accompanied by the curious family dog.
