The present invention provides a plastic-wood composite that can serve as a wood substitute in various applications where wood is used and a process of producing the plastic-wood composite using mix plastic waste material. The composition for producing the mix plastic-wood composites, comprises of: Composite A, Composite B and Composite C in the range of 50-60%, 25-35% and 15-20% respectively. The process for manufacturing the mix plastic-wood composites or wood substitute composition solving the problem of recycling of mix plastic waste.
